DIY Kits and Felt Food Toys

Q. I just placed my order! When will it ship?

A. We ship our DIY kits and felt food toys within 7 - 10 business days.

Once your order ships, you will get a shipping notification and tracking info.

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

For shipping to Canada, we use USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping is calculated by weight.

Taxes, import and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Q. My tracking info says my item has been delivered but I can't find it. What can I do?

Oh no! USPS does not consider a domestic packages lost until 15 business days have past. All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded. Email me at hello@yumsumchadesigns.com within 30 days of original ship date and we'll look into it.

Q. How do I clean my felt food?

A. To keep your felt food looking good and cherished for years to come, we recommend gently spot cleaning.

Q. Is your felt safe for kids?

A. We source high quality wool blend felt for our DIY kits and felt food toys from Benzie Design which is made in the USA, follows CPSC regulations and meets requirements for California Proposition 65.

PDF Sewing Patterns

Q. Can I use your patterns to make items for resale?

A. Yes! Items made from my patterns must be made by hand and not mass produced. Please credit YumSumCha Designs and link to www.yumsumchadesigns.com. Patterns may not be resold. You must use your own photos when selling your items.

Q. I ordered a PDF pattern by mistake. Can I get a refund?

A. Unfortunately PDF patterns are not refundable. Please read the descriptions carefully before checking out as no exceptions are made to this policy.

Q. I placed my order for a PDF pattern but haven't received it. Where can I find them?

A. Once your transaction has been processed, you'll receive a download link in a separate email with the subject line, "Your order from YumSumCha Designs is Ready!". Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received this email within 1 hour. If you still cannot locate this email, please send me an email at hello@yumsumchadesigns.com.
